Install

Repair

To start the installation immediately:
Click the download button, and choose the option to Run.

The software will be downloaded and installed as you follow the instructions. To install any program you must be signed in with Administrative Authority on your computer. If the security level is set to its highest level, your antivirus protection may deny access.

The installation program will add a Bible icon to your desktop. To run Verse Search, click on the Bible icon.

To save a backup file:
Click the download button, and choose the option to Save.
Choose a directory to save the file anywhere on your hard disk. You can run this downloaded file anytime and the software will be installed as you follow the instructions.
To repair an existing installation:
If you have not restarted your computer since the problem began, restart your computer now and see if the problem goes away.
If Verse Search is currently running, exit the program.
Click the download button, and choose the option to Run.

The downloaded file is a WinZip Self-Extractor. In the box labeled "Unzip to folder", type C:\BIBLE (or wherever Verse Search is installed). Then click the Unzip button and the files will be copied to your computer. After the files have been extracted, close the WinZip window.

If the problem persists, click on the Support button for further instructions.

If you have a Product Code for any of the add-on Bible study aids, run Verse Search and select the Install New Products command (on the Help menu). The program will display a list of all the products available on your CD and ask which ones you want to be installed. Select one of the products you have purchased and enter your Product Code for immediate installation.

If you do not have a CD from Bible Research Systems, you can download the files for each add-on product as you need.
